[Suman 31]On 23rd february,we went for a learning journey that I would never forget. We went to the Asian Civilisation museum. There, the boys and the girls were split into two groups.I was,of course in the boy's group and we proceeded to the South East Asian exibits with our guide,Ann Verdeek[To be precise,Ann].She told us about the huge drum which was there. Then when she moved on and was saying 'Buddha was born in India',at the last word everybody looked at me!It was like a immediate signal!Okay, that was one of the highlights of the day.
Then we walked and walked to the venue of the river boat ride.Although the boat was worth walking for,I agree with Shu Jun that the ride was too short.I also spotted the Merlion wearing shades.Cool!
I think this learning journey has taught me more about the ancient cultures as well as early Singapore.And.........as most of them say,I would love to come back there again..
Sorry........but can I just tell something,Yong lin? It's Shiva and not sheba!!!!
